What is the deposit policy?
We require a $1,000 refundable security deposit for all rentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon the safe return of the equipment in good working condition.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated by our staff when we reach out to you via phone or Email.
What are the treated room limits?
On-site service in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is limited upto 3 rooms per mobilization. For larger properties, we will need more than one day to fully treat the structure.
Are taxes automatically calculated?
Yes. Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
